On our journey through NIOTRONIC's sustainability concept, we stopped at the topic of waste management. Today we would like to introduce you to one of our most important measures - it deserves its own post:
Recycling laser modules:
The laser modules installed in our Aeromon particle counters have a service life of 7,000-10,000 operating hours. But instead of disposing of the entire laser block, we rely on a sustainable process:
Process established:

• Defective lasers are carefully removed and desoldered.
• The laser block is then cleaned.
• A new laser is soldered in and the module is ready for use again.

With this approach, we reduce waste, conserve valuable resources and actively contribute to environmentally friendly production.
